As our Night Auditor, you will support the Night Manager by cross-checking and balancing work completed across hotel outlets each day, maintaining accurate guest accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests overnight-ensuring professional, friendly and efficient service at all times. You will also complete audit tasks, reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Complete all night audit tasks as per checklist
- Balance cashiering and prepare reports
- Ensure accurate cash and credit handling
- Assist in cross-checking daily work for all outlets
- Handle complaints efficiently and professionally
- Experience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environment
- Knowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud or Hub OS
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work overnights, weekends and public holiday
- Strong time management and ability to multitask
- Highly trustworthy and reliable
