Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Software Engineer
You will work in Singapore Government Agencies
This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 2 years (from October 2026)

What will you do?
- Perform end-to-end diagnosis, development, testing, and implementation across frontend and backend systems.
- Investigate and resolve cross-layer defects, performance issues, and system incidents.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrated application features and services.
- Develop and enhance frontend applications using modern web technologies.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, and business logic components.
- Implement database changes, optimisation, and integration activities.
- Support deployment, testing, and release activities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
The Full Stack Developer shall demonstrate proficiency in the following technologies or equivalent:
- ReactJS
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- OpenLayers
- Single-Page Application (SPA) development
- NodeJS
- Python (with Express)
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- AWS Cloud Services
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience in both frontend and backend application development.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs and web services.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile software delivery teams.
- Experience with geospatial or map-based applications using OpenLayers.
- Experience implementing secure and scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting enterprise or government systems.
