Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

As the Lead UX/UI Designer at Admaren, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the design vision and leading a cross-functional team to bring products to life - from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring a product mindset - not just focusing on how things look, but why they exist and how they perform.
• Own the end-to-end product design journey - from discovery, user research, and information architecture to high-fidelity interfaces and micro-interactions.
• Lead and mentor a small team of designers, fostering growth through feedback, guidance, and shared learning.
• Partner closely with product managers, developers, business analysts and stakeholders to align business goals with exceptional user experiences.
• Translate product strategies into intuitive design systems and scalable component libraries is an absolute must.
• Conduct and guide user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to ensure we build what users truly need.
• Advocate for design excellence and consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Create beautiful, functional, and cohesive interfaces using Figma, FigJam, and other design tools.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and evolving user behaviours to keep Admaren’s products innovative and human centered.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of professional design experience with at least:

• 2+ years in a lead or principal design role, or
• 2+ years as a senior UX/UI designer in a product-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design excellence, not just UI screens - but your process, systems, and impact.
• Proven experience designing for web and mobile products with attention to detail and consistency.
• Fluency in design tools like Figma, Fig Jam, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid grasp of design thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills - you can articulate design decisions clearly and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile environments.
• A mindset that balances visionary creativity with practical execution.

Preferred skills and Qualifications

• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools, or design ops.
• Passion for mentoring junior designers and scaling design culture.
