Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a lead in user experience design, you will play a critical role in shaping the user interfaces. You will guide a team of designers through the entire design process, from early-stage discovery to final handoff to engineering. Your deep understanding of industrial clients’ needs will ensure the delivery of user-centered designs that improve usability, drive engagement, and align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries using Figma, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a high-quality user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, influencing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design across multiple platforms (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity designs meet the user's needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Preferred skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate communication with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for SaaS platforms, ensuring scalability, usability, and responsiveness in cloud-based environment
