Job Summary

Monitoring and analyzing network quality performance, including coverage and OOKLA KPIs, developing KPI methodologies, analyzing competitor performance, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous network quality improvement and strengthen AIS's competitive advantage.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor and Analyze network quality KPIs, including Mobile coverage, OOKLA Speed score and OOKLA Consistency speed
Develop KPI methodologies and analytical models.
Analyze competitors network quality movement and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide reports and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive network quality improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
8-10 years of experience as a Data Anaylst in MBB and FBB technology knowledge.
Knowledge and skill of database systems (OOKLA,SQL and NoSQL).
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data quality and integrity tools and techniques is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices.
Self-motivated with a passion for data and a proactive attitude.
