我們正在尋找具備業務敏銳度與目標導向的業務專員！你將負責開發潛在企業客戶，並同時經營既有客戶關係，透過理解客戶需求與精準溝通，推動訂單成長與長期合作。
在這個角色中，你將負責完整的業務開發流程，從陌生開發、成交轉換到客戶經營，透過持續優化使用情境與服務導入，提升客戶使用頻率與整體營收表現。
工作內容
- 負責企業客戶開發，透過電話開發、拜訪或其他管道挖掘潛在商機，完成新客戶導入。
- 協助新客戶於導入初期建立使用習慣，提升前期轉換率與使用穩定度。
- 經營既有客戶關係，持續了解客戶需求並提供合適解決方案，提升訂單量與長期價值。
- 定期追蹤銷售進度與客戶狀況，確保 CRM 資料完整並維持良好的 pipeline 管理。
