Infrastructure Team Lead

• Lead mentor and manage the infrastructure team.
  
• Assign tasks monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  
• Design implement and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  
• Manage routers switches firewalls and network security.
  
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  
• Ensure network scalability and reliability.
  
• Plan deploy and optimize enterprise WiFi networks.
  
• Conduct site surveys and ensure proper coverage and capacity.
  
• Manage wireless controllers access points and security protocols.
  
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
  
• Implement and manage infrastructure automation (e.g. scripting orchestration tools).
  
• Improve operational efficiency through automation of routine tasks.
  
• Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems.
  
• Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and policies.
  
• Implement network security best practices (VPNs firewalls access control).
  
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
  
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations and incident management.
  
• Ensure system uptime backup and disaster recovery readiness.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners when needed.
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
  
• 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong experience in networking (TCP/IP routing switching).
  
• Hands-on experience with enterprise WiFi solutions.
  
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. scripting Ansible Python etc.).
  
• Knowledge of firewalls VPNs and network security.
  
  Preferred Certifications
  
• CCNA / CCNP
  
• MCITP
  

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any releated field. Experienced with Revit & Autocad.
