What You Will Do :
- Own mission planning across multiple teams, orchestrating roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies so complex initiatives move with clarity and purpose.
- Keep delivery on track and predictable, spotting risks early, unblocking teams, and surfacing insights that help leadership make smarter, faster decisions.
- Bring metrics to life, building dashboards, flow visualizations, and KPIs that turn engineering performance into meaningful business and customer outcomes.
- Champion risk transparency, calling out structural blockers, coordinating cross-functional problem-solving, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Lead crisp, confident communication, delivering executive-ready updates, framing trade-offs, and creating tight feedback loops between strategy and execution.
- Promote disciplined, incremental delivery, reinforcing early integrations, realistic commitments, and outcome-focused progress over activity tracking.
Essential Skills :
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in project/program delivery roles in product engineering environments.
- Abilities: Bring strong delivery leadership grounded in technical awareness of modern distributed systems coordinating multiple teams, managing complex dependencies, leveraging SDLC tooling for advanced reporting and flow metrics, translating data into clear decisions, and influencing stakeholders effectively even amid ambiguity.
