Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and service contracts.
- Lead facilities projects, improvements, and preventive maintenance.
- Address facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong vendor management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and facilities regulations.
