- Monitor bank accounts and analyze daily treasury and cash activities.
- Monitor bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are available for scheduled transactions.
- Analyze cash data to determine current and projected cash positions.
- Execute cash movements and fund transfers to maintain adequate account balances.
- Prepare and provide daily cash position reports to leadership and business partners.
- Review daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of balances.
- Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and banking-related issues.
- Support banking and credit activities as required.
- Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.
- Assess and recommend improvements to treasury processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Escalate significant cash, banking, or operational issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Credit, or Accounting.
- Support daily Treasury Operations, reporting requirements, cash management, banking, and credit activities.
- Experience with cash positioning, bank account monitoring, fund transfers, and treasury reporting is preferred.
- Proficient analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
