Senior Technical Consultant Analyst

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-facing consultant for Revenue Management (RM) and Dynamic Pricing solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and effectively navigate complex business discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Drive solution adoption by advising customers on industry best practices and business processes.
• Analyze large datasets and present actionable business insights through reports and visualizations.
• Work closely with Data Science teams to understand and explain model behavior, calibration, and business impact.
• Develop customer adoption roadmaps and provide strategic business consultancy.
• Identify business growth and upsell opportunities while supporting pre-sales activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience in the Airline industry (mandatory), preferably in:
  • Revenue Management (RM)
  • Pricing
  • Network Planning
• Master's Degree (mandatory) in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage difficult customer conversations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Exposure to Data Science-driven products/solutions and data interpretation.
• Fluent in English.
