Amazon is an American technology and retail conglomerate founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 as an online bookstore and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It operates the world's largest online marketplace together with a global logistics network, physical grocery stores and a third-party seller platform that accounts for most units sold. Amazon Web Services, launched in 2006, is the leading public cloud provider and generates the majority of the group's operating profit, while advertising, Prime Video, Alexa devices and Kuiper satellite broadband round out the business.

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

The Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Global Expansion will be the single-threaded owner for defining and delivering the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle for new locales, expanding the footprint of Amazon Leo in service of our connectivity mission.

This PM-T will be at the forefront of Leo's international growth for the residential segment, defining how customers discover, order, set up, monitor, and manage their service. This PM-T will own requirements and execution for customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning, new hardware support, satellite terminal device management, and network management.

This PM-T will define integration paradigms across multiple systems, develop a common vision and scope, establish timelines, and drive launch readiness. This PM-T will define the vision and plan by partnering with Business, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders, and execute in partnership with Leo Engineering and other Amazon teams.
