We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to work on business growth initiatives while driving marketing performance across our portfolio. This role combines strategic planning, commercial performance monitoring, and marketing execution to support sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and experienced in developing data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with Business Units and Sector Teams to monitor business performance, optimize marketing initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, Strategy, or related functions.
- Strong experience in both strategic marketing and commercial performance management.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau and managing CRM programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
Growth & Business Performance
- Track, analyze, and report sales, revenue, and industry, client, business performance.
- Monitor and report business KPIs through dashboards and executive management reports.
- Conduct client portfolio analysis, industry research, and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Support account planning and targeting strategies in collaboration with Sectors and Business Units.
- Identify business risks and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support business growth.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Track marketing activities and measure campaign effectiveness using performance metrics.
- Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the PMO for growth initiatives across Business Units and Sector Teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate communication between Business Units.
- Prepare executive presentations and business reviews for leadership.
