About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized ITAD Operations Associate to join our Global Operations team. This is a critical execution role at the heart of our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) program. You’ll serve as the Control Tower for our ITAD operations and play a key role in managing our financial workflows, estimated resale value data infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and customer teams. This role requires operational precision, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll work across tools like Google Sheets, Parabola, Slack, and our internal Retool platform to manage workflows and drive outcomes. You will also be expected to learn and use workflow automation tools like Parabola to build and optimize repeatable processes that power the ITAD services you will own day to day.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more! 

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Oversee all ITAD processing workflows, working with our warehouses and external partner facilities to ensure timely execution of shipments and processing tasks.
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams, ensuring steps are followed per SOPs (labeling, COD uploads, grading, etc.).
• Review and ingest data destruction reports and settlement reports from resale partners into internal systems for reporting and audit trails.
• Gather FMV pricing data from secondary market platforms, trade-in partners, and historical resale reports
• Maintain and enrich our internal database of FMV estimates per device to power in-app price displays for customers.
• Run reports to surface estimated resale value (FMV) of aging devices to customers and drive timely action.
• Reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue reports with actual bank deposits to enable accurate credit memo issuance.
• Collaborate with Finance to own the end-to-end credit issuance workflow.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with vendor partners based on reconciliation findings.
• Own financial reporting for the ITAD program, including revenue and gross margin reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Operations, Customer Success, and Warehouse teams for all ITAD-related workflows.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel.
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but proactive in suggesting improvements.
