Enterprise Sales Manager, Consent Management Platform (DPDP)

We are seeking a Trust Architect (Enterprise Sales) to drive growth of our Consent Management Platform built for India's DPDP. You will work with CXOs, DPOs and CISOs to turn compliance obligations into revenue-generating solutions.
Key responsibilities
Own a revenue target by building and closing a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across BFSI, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, telecom, edtech and D2C.
Engage multi-stakeholder buying committees (DPO, CISO, CIO/CTO, General Counsel, CMO, procurement) and lead discovery workshops to map data flows and consent touchpoints.
Run tailored demos and proof-of-concepts, highlighting consent notices, preference centres, withdrawal flows and audit logs.
Collaborate with partners such as Big 4 consultancies, law firms and system integrators to generate co-selling opportunities.
Manage complex deals through security questionnaires, legal review and RFPs, and forecast accurately in the CRM.
Required qualifications
6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience in India, with at least 3 years selling security, privacy, GRC or RegTech solutions.
Proven track record of closing deals of ₹25 lakh+ ACV.
Working knowledge of the DPDP Act and Rules and an existing network of CISOs, DPOs or compliance heads.
Experience running multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months) and strong consultative methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi or another regional language is a plus.
Nice to have
Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer.
Prior experience selling global CMP or privacy platforms into Indian enterprises.
Familiarity with related sector regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, TRAI) and GDPR or CCPA consent programmes.
