Job Description
We are looking for skilled Match Day Chefs to support our culinary teams in preparing and delivering high-quality food to guests, hospitality clients, and event attendees. Working across a variety of catering outlets and hospitality areas, you'll help ensure every event is a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard in line with menu specifications
- Support the delivery of hospitality, retail, and event catering services
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure food is prepared and served within agreed timescales
- Work collaboratively with kitchen teams during busy service periods
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and waste management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Support senior chefs with event preparation and service delivery

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a chef role within hospitality, events, or catering
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences
- Relevant catering qualifications and food hygiene certification are desirable
