Aramark Team is seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will supervise daily cleaning operations while actively participating in hands-on cleaning duties. You will be responsible for supporting the cleaning team, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the cleaning team during daily operations.
- Allocate duties and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
- Participate in hands-on cleaning activities as required.
- Monitor cleaning standards and carry out quality inspections.
- Ensure staff follow site-specific health and safety procedures.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and timekeeping.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery are used correctly.
- Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements and operational issues.
- Support and train team members where required.
- Maintain cleaning records and complete relevant checklists.
- Communicate effectively with management and site representatives.
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
