About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform/CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery within the insurance domain.
Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to CRM
Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation.
Develop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Support system design, configuration, and testing activities.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
Assist in change management and user training activities.
Provide ongoing support and post-implementation reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Proven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
Strong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
