Automation and PLC Advanced Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated systems to reduce the need for human intervention and maximize efficiency of the manufacturing processes. They are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring such technology.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Designanddevelopelectricalcontrolsystems,includingelectricalschematics,PLC/HMIarchitectures,machinesafetysystems,andautomationstandardsfornewequipment,retrofits,andmanufacturingimprovements.
Program,standardize,andtroubleshootPLCs,HMIs,robotics,visionsystems,motioncontrols,sensors,andindustrialautomationdevicestoensurereliablemachineperformanceandoperationalefficiency.
Leadmachinecommissioning,validation,debugging,androotcauseanalysisactivities,supportingTBO,SBO,BO1,BO2,SOP,andlaunchreadinessrequirementswhileminimizingdowntime,scrap,andcycletimelosses.
Drivedigitalizationanddata-drivenmanufacturinginitiativesbyintegratingPLCs,HMIs,SCADA,databases,andplantsystemstoenablereal-timemonitoring,diagnostics,predictivemaintenance,andperformanceanalytics.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams,suppliers,andmanufacturingstakeholderstoimplementautomationsolutions,supportequipmentlaunches,developtechnicalstandards,trainpersonnel,andpromotecontinuousimprovementacrossoperations.
If you have/are:
Bachelor'sdegreeinElectronicsEngineering,MechatronicsEngineering,RoboticsEngineering,orarelatedfield;Master'sdegreeorMBApreferred.
Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinindustrialautomation,controlsengineering,machinecommissioning,andmanufacturingsupport,withwillingnesstotravelandmaintainavalidU.S.visa.
StrongtechnicalexpertiseinPLCs,robotics,sensors,visionsystems,SCADA/MESconnectivity,machinedataarchitecture,andindustrialautomationtechnologies.
Proficiencyinpreventive,predictive,andcorrectivemaintenancemethodologies,rootcauseanalysistools(8D,5Whys),PFMEA,andtroubleshootingofcomplexautomatedsystems.
Demonstratedprojectmanagementandanalyticalskills,includingbusinesscasedevelopment,cost-benefitanalysis,automationassetmanagement,andadvanceduseofMicrosoftExcel,PowerBI,andPowerPoint.
