Payroll Advanced Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for performing advanced payroll functions and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly payroll cycles. Reviews timekeeping, attendance, and payroll reconciliation records to validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with local Human Resources and management teams to resolve issues.

Manageandprocessweeklyandbiweeklypayrollactivities,ensuringaccuracy,completeness,andcompliancewithAutolivpolicies,legalrequirements,andestablishedpayrolldeadlines.
Maintainandvalidatetimekeepingandpayrollsystems(KronosandTRESS),includingemployeehires,changes,terminations,labordistribution,reconciliations,andpayroll-relateddataintegrity.
Administerstatutorypayrollobligations,includingSocialSecurity,Infonavit,Fonacot,taxes,employeebenefits,retroactivepayments,andterminationcalculations.
Preparepayrollreports,audits,reconciliations,andcompliancedocumentationwhilesupportinginternalandexternalaudits,statutoryreviews,andfinancialreportingrequirements.
Provide payroll and timekeepingsupporttoHR,Finance,andsiteleadership,resolvingemployeeinquiries,promotingbestpractices,andensuringtimelyandaccuratepayrolloperationsacrossassignedlocations.
If you have/are:
Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Accounting,Finance,orarelatedfield.
3to5yearsofexperienceinpayrolladministration,timekeeping,orpayrolloperationswithinacorporateormanufacturingenvironment.
Hands-onexperiencewithpayrollandtimekeepingsystems,includingRH7,TRESS,Kronos,orsimilarHRIS/payrollplatforms.
Strongknowledgeofpayrollprocessing,payrolltaxes,statutorydeductions,andlaborlawcompliancerequirements.
Excellentanalytical,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytomanageconfidentialemployeedataandmeetcriticalpayrolldeadlines.
