Order to Cash Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for managing key activities across the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accurate customer master data maintenance, efficient order processing, timely invoicing, and high-quality reporting. This role supports business operations by maintaining data integrity, driving compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer transactions and cash flow processes.

• Create,maintain,andupdatecustomermasterdatatoensureaccuracy,consistency,andcompliancewithdatagovernancestandards.

• Reviewandvalidatecustomermasterdatarequests,ensuringcompletenessandadherencetoestablishedprocessesandpolicies.

• Performregulardataqualityauditsandanalysestoidentify,investigate,andresolvedatadiscrepanciesandintegrityissues.

• Supportforecasting,planning,andbusinessoperationsbyprovidingaccurateandreliablemasterdata.

• Execute data governance controls, monitor compliance, and collaborate with cross-functionalteamstoresolvemasterdataissuesanddrivecontinuousimprovement.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,InformationSystems,SupplyChain,orarelatedfield.

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinOrder-to-Cash(O2C),MasterDataManagement,SharedServices,orarelatedbusinessoperationsenvironment.

• Strongknowledgeofmasterdataprocesses,datagovernanceprinciples,andERPsystems,withexperienceusingJDEdwards(JDE).

• AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandPowerBI,withtheabilitytodevelopreports,analyzedata,andsupportbusinessdecision-making.

• Experiencesupportingcontinuousimprovementinitiatives,reporting,testing,trainingactivities,audits,andautomotiveindustryO2Cprocesses.
