Launch Industrial Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for bridgingproductandprocessdesignwithmanufacturingexecution,ensuringthesuccessfulindustrializationofnewproductsfromdevelopmentthroughserialproduction.Youwillsupportthelaunchofnewproductionlinesbyoptimizingandstandardizingmanufacturingprocesses,validatingprocessperformance,andensuringreadinesstomeetquality,productivity,andoperationaltargets.Additionally,youwilldevelop,validate,andcontinuouslyrefinestandardizedworkinstructionsduringprototype,pilot,andpre-serialproductionphasestoensureasmoothtransitionintohigh-volumemanufacturing.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
LeadAPDSandPPAPactivities,ensuringallcustomerandinternalqualityrequirementsaremetandapprovedpriortoproductionlaunch.
Develop,maintain,andvalidateprototype,pre-production,andserialproductionControlPlanstoensurerobustmanufacturingprocessesandproductquality.
DrivePFMEAactivitiesandriskassessments,identifyingpotentialfailuremodes,strengtheningerror-proofingmeasures,andimplementingeffectivecorrectiveactions.
Managecustomerqualityconcernsandcomplaints,includingcustomervisits,rootcauseanalysis,correctiveactionimplementation,andverificationofissueclosure.
Monitorlaunchreadinessbytrackingopenqualityissues,escalatingrisksasneeded,ensuringtimelyresolution,andverifyingcompliancewithAutolivandcustomerrequirementsbeforeSOP.
If you have/are:
Bachelor'sdegreeinIndustrialEngineering,ManufacturingEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineering,orarelatedtechnicalfield.
Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinProcessEngineering,IndustrialEngineering,QualityEngineering,ormanufacturingoperationswithinaproductionenvironment.
StrongknowledgeofAPQP/PPAPmethodologies,PFMEA,ControlPlans,customerqualityrequirements,andproductionlaunchprocesses.
Provenunderstandingofmanufacturingprocesses,processvalidation,productionreadiness,andtheabilitytotroubleshootprocess,equipment,andtoolingissues.
Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,communication,andleadershipskills,witharesults-orientedmindset,customerfocus,attentiontodetail,andwillingnesstotravelasrequired.
