Human Resources Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with management to implement corporate human resources policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employeerelationsmattersthroughaproactiveandsystematicapproach.Additionally,youwillberesponsibleforsupportingkeyHRprocesses,includingcompensationreviews,workforceplanning,organizationaldevelopment,andchangemanagementinitiatives.

Partnerwithbusinessleadersandhiringmanagerstosupportworkforceplanning,recruitmentactivities,internalpromotions,andtalentdevelopmentinitiatives.
Manageemployeerelationsmatters,includingdisciplinaryactions,laborlawcases,incidentinvestigations,performancemanagement,contractterminations,andexitinterviews.
Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,laborregulations,andQuality,Environmental,andOccupationalHealth&SafetyManagementSystemrequirements.
Develop,coordinate,andmonitortraininganddevelopmentprograms,employeeonboarding,workregulationtraining,andperformanceevaluationprocesses.
AnalyzeandreportHRmetrics,includingturnover,absenteeism,andworkforcetrends,providingdata-driveninsightstosupportbusinessdecisionsandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
If you have/are:
Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
Minimumof2yearsofexperienceinHumanResources,payrolladministration,timeandattendancemanagement,orrelatedHRoperations.
ProficiencyinTRESSHRISandpayrollsystems,withexperienceusingWorkforceManagementplatformspreferred.
AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskills,includingdataanalysis,reporting,dashboardcreation,andworkforcemetricsmanagement.
Strongorganizational,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities,maintainconfidentiality,andensurecompliancewithestablishedpoliciesandprocedures.
