Обязанности:

  • Прием входящих звонков пользователей и осуществление исходящих, оказание консультаций;
  • Обработка обращений пользователей, отправляемых по электронной почте или поступающих в систему обработки заявок;
  • Эскалация обращений на другие уровни поддержки;
  • Удаленная поддержка ПК/ноутбуков и установленного на них программного обеспечения;
  • Форматирование и отправка информационных рассылок.

Требования:

  • Рассматриваем кандидатов, проживающих в г. Воронеж;
  • Знание операционных систем семейства Windows (1011);
  • Знание пакета программ MS Office;
  • Опыт работы в Контакт ЦентреService Desk будет преимуществом.
