Senior Software Engineer - Cost & Fees

• Design and implement high-performance backend solutions in Avaloq / Oracle stack
• Deliver end-to-end execution from specification to production
• Build scalable, reusable components across accounting modules
• Optimize SQL / PL-SQL performance and system integration
• Ensure correct implementation across layers (Kernel / Baseline / Client)
• Proactively resolve defects with focus on root-cause elimination
• Drive automation, testability, and engineering standards
• Collaborate with BAs to ensure smooth translation from requirement → execution

• Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and backend engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with Avaloq Script or similar core banking platforms
• Proven ability to deliver in SLA-driven, production-critical environments
• Strong capability in performance tuning and system integration
• Ability to work across complex financial/accounting logic
• Ownership mindset with focus on delivery reliability and maintainability
