Join Bevi, a fast-growing beverage technology company, as a Product Data Scientist. In this role, you will support both the Beverage and Software product teams by measuring the impact of new flavors and building a recommendation engine. You will also own analytics for Bevi's digital experiences and partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in product analytics or data science, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
Missions
- Own analytics for Bevi-proprietary digital experiences, including the UI and the Well, and consult with Software on tracking structure.
- Measure the incremental impact of new flavors, blending A/B testing with non-traditional methods where clean experiments aren't possible.
- Build the flavor recommendation engine - models that identify the optimal flavor profile per machine (or cluster).
Profil recherché
- A proactive, go-getter mindset - you notice what needs to get built before you're asked, and drive your own work to completion without needing to be chased- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- 2-4 years of professional experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data science
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Hex)
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and tag management (e.g., GTM) - comfortable owning both the tracking implementation and the analysis built on top of it
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments - A/B testing and non-traditional/quasi-experimental methods (e.g., pre/post, difference-in-differences, propensity score matching) for situations where clean randomization isn't possible
- You use AI tools in your own workflow to move faster (eg exploratory analysis, code, documentation), and think about how to make product data accessible to AI tools as well as people
- Strong SQL and Python/R for querying, modeling, and analysis
