Senior Solutions Architect

Location requirements: Remote, United Kingdom-based.

About the Role: BigPanda is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a strong delivery background in implementations, consulting, and managing long-term engagements with enterprise customers. This role will help drive the growth and adoption of the BigPanda platform with strategic customers on their AIOps journey. You will serve as a technical advisor and hands-on architect, guiding customers through complex AIOps initiatives and helping them modernise incident management and service operations.

We’re looking for someone who brings deep enterprise delivery experience, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence both technical teams and senior stakeholders. The team partners with some of BigPanda’s most important customers to deliver production-grade solutions, shape transformation roadmaps, and build the practices that help customers improve operational resilience at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation
• Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of thought leadership solutions
• Consult on AI Ops project engagements and implement strategic projects which leads to a customers' successful understanding and adoption of BigPanda.
• Provide an escalated level of support for complex customer operational and architectural issues
• Partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and R&D
• Guide customers on their AI journey. Advise on AI readiness and prove the outcome through data.
• Contribute to the Professional Services Practice. We’re seeking someone eager to share their knowledge and learnings with their teammates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling in your own delivery work - development, data analysis, documentation and solution design
• High-energy, self-motivated, and able to "own" projects from end to end
• Experience working with strategic clients, mitigating project risk, and creating solutions to manage conflict.
• Experience with technical project delivery - managing scope, timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfortable writing code in either Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting and solution delivery; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is nice to have
• Build skills in technical areas that support the deployment and integration of BigPanda-based solutions to complete customer projects.
• Travel to customers 10 - 20% of the time

Nice to have:

• Fluent German or French speaker
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools
