Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative Billing & Clearance Administrator (fixed term - 6 months contract) to contribute to the smooth operation of the department supporting internal stakeholders, and upholding compliance with company policies and billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily billing operations and data entry with accuracy

• Assisting in invoice preparation, verification, and distribution
• Providing administrative support in routine accounting tasks

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsSmooth and clear communication with internal stakeholders
