As a Digital Marketing Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and business growth of Blibli OMG’s mobile-phone distribution network in offline retail. This role plays a key part in expanding Blibli OMG’s offline footprint, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable sales growth across assigned areas.

What We’ll Work on Together
1. Develop and manage the website strategy, ensuring content, promotions, products, and landing pages are regularly updated to drive traffic and improve conversion.2. Plan and manage CRM activities through email, WhatsApp, and other channels to increase customer engagement, retention, and sales conversion.3. Develop the social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent execution aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.4. Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and local media to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to both stores and the website.5. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to achieve awareness, lead generation, traffic, and sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Strategy.2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign optimization.3. Experience in CRM Marketing(Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification, Customer Journey).4. Familiar with Social Media Strategy & Content Planning.5. Experience managing KOL & Influencer Marketing.6. Basic understanding of SEO/SEMand website content management (CMS).7. Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
