Associate Product Manager

Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Work closely with Product Managers to support product strategy, discovery, and execution.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights by speaking with riders, merchants, franchise owners, and internal operations teams.
  • Support and execute Product GTMs and launches.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma to communicate product ideas.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze product performance using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • Define success metrics and track feature adoption and impact after launch.
  • Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth rollout and adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

• • 1+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes, experimentation, and agile methodologies.
