This Role

As an Enterprise Lead, you will own the success of Bolna’s largest and most strategic enterprise deployments.

You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), ensuring enterprise customers move from business problem → deployment → measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders on the customer side while partnering with Bolna’s Product, Engineering, and Business teams internally.

This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to bring structure to complex enterprise problems, drive execution through your team, and ensure that deployments are not just launched - but successful.

You’ll operate at the intersection of enterprise delivery, customer success, technology, and business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of FDEs, setting clear priorities, driving execution, and maintaining a high bar for customer delivery.

• Own the end-to-end success of strategic enterprise deployments - from scoping and solution design to launch, adoption, and expansion.

• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders and CXOs to understand business objectives, define success metrics, and communicate progress.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear execution plans across FDE, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Review deployment strategies, solution architecture, agent performance, and customer outcomes to ensure quality and scalability.

• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution.

• Build repeatable enterprise deployment playbooks, processes, and best practices.

• Analyze customer and deployment data to identify patterns, improve outcomes, and make informed decisions.

• Present deployment plans, business cases, performance reviews, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Partner with Sales and Business teams on enterprise opportunities, solutioning, pilots, and expansion conversations.

• Act as the senior escalation point for critical enterprise accounts.

• Develop the FDE team through regular feedback, coaching, and high-quality problem-solving standards.

• Bring customer insights back to Product and Engineering to influence product priorities and platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, B2B enterprise deployments, enterprise SaaS, or a fast-growing startup.

• Strong preference for candidates with prior corporate/enterprise experience and exposure to complex stakeholder environments.

• Experience leading teams and driving execution through others.

• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, executable plans.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable presenting to CXOs and senior enterprise stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; you can work with data to understand what is happening and why.

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to operate across business, technology, and customer-facing teams without needing a predefined playbook.

• High ownership and bias towards execution - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Voice AI, Conversational AI, or technology deployments.

• Experience managing or mentoring FDEs, consultants, solution engineers, implementation teams, or customer success teams.

• Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex deployment environments.

• Exposure to enterprise sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales.

• Experience building processes or playbooks from scratch.

• Consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.
