Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

Position Overview
Join Bone Dry Roofing as a Repair Technician, where each technician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality roof repair solutions and exceptional customer service. This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.
Key Responsibilities
Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions
Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service
Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights
Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards
Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions
Work Environment
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
