We are currently looking for a Middle HR People Partner to join our product IT company Honeytech, which creates digital entertainment products and develops its own webcomic and anime platforms for a global audience.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

As a Middle HR People Partner, your challenges will include:

• Support the Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, one-to-ones, Performance Reviews, Salary Reviews, PDPs, offboarding, and exit processes.
• Help new employees adapt quickly and advise teams on HR processes and company policies.
• Coordinate corporate benefits, including HoneyFit, HoneyMeal, gifts, coworking spaces, relocation, and other support programs.
• Own the Learning direction: organize internal training, collaborate with speakers, and develop EduSpace and the corporate library.
• Participate in the development and automation of HR processes and the launch of new HR initiatives.
• For candidates based in Kyiv - help with office operations and supplies.

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or in a related role.
• Has experience working with teams of 50+ employees.
• Has hands-on experience conducting Performance Reviews and One-to-Ones, as well as developing PDPs.
• Has experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Has experience working with HRM systems.
• Has experience administering corporate benefits.
• Has experience implementing or owning HR projects, including launching new processes, automation, and developing HR functions.
• Has confident Google Workspace skills.
• Has a B1 level of English or higher.
• Is based in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Kyiv.
• Is self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and systematic in their approach to work.
