Warehouse Manager

Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee receiving warehousing distribution and maintenance processes.
  
• Ensure efficient space utilization and inventory organization.
  
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain health safety hygiene and security standards.
  
• Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with data storage systems.
  
• Prepare annual budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers transport companies and internal departments.
  
• Supervise warehouse staff including hiring training and performance evaluation.
  
• Generate reports on stock movement dead stock and overall warehouse efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or equivalent.
