What is the role about?
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant based in Mumbai. In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive and personal administrative support. While the everyday work is remote, you will serve as the local anchor in Mumbai - managing home operations, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling trip logistics.
This is a high-trust and high-ownership role requiring strong organization, sound judgment, professional maturity, and proactive execution.
What Will You Do?
Supporting home and home staff mgmt
Visiting home 1-2 per week to make sure in order
Scheduling and coordinating interviews and investor meetings in Bombay
Organizing logistics for Mumbai trips/travel
Bright Office-based admin/documentation support as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Location: Must be physically based in Mumbai with the ability to travel locally 1-2 times per week (or as needed).
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in Hindi is required (Marathi is a plus for vendor/staff coordination).
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), WhatsApp, and digital expense/travel management tools.
Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, close attention to detail, complete discretion with confidential information, and a self-starter attitude.
