The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious SDR who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and growth objectives. This hybrid role is split between nurturing inbound leads and pre-qualifying outbound leads, helping create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. As the first point of contact, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to learn, grow, and develop, and enjoy being a team player who wears multiple hats.

The Work

• Outbound Lead Pre-Qualification:
• • Research and target potential clients to create targeted outbound strategies.
  • Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.
  • Qualify leads and assess the potential for business opportunities.
• Inbound Lead Management:
• • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.
  • Maintain a timely and professional response cadence to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
  • Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for the sales team.
• Collaboration & Pipeline Management:
• • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Target Achievement:
• • Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and sales meetings.
  • Design conversation templates and talk tracks that drive successful outcomes.

Your Experience

• High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality with a passion for sales
• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to the entire team.
• Proficient in using AI tools, with the initiative to independently explore and apply new technologies.
