Job Purpose :
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in developing and maintaining high-quality technology products.
Total Experience : 14 - 18 years
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across multiple technologies, with extensive experience in full-stack .NET development, software architecture, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Software Engineers in the development and maintenance of technology products.
- Partner closely with Product Management to define long-term technical strategy and translate it into achievable engineering goals.
- Influence and contribute to software architecture and technology decisions.
- Define appropriate engineering, development, and testing approaches aligned with product and technology strategy.
- Drive timely decision-making and remove technical or organizational blockers affecting team progress.
- Establish milestones, priorities, and delivery plans to ensure consistent execution.
- Provide regular updates on engineering progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to leadership.
- Build effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and other teams.
- Proactively identify and escalate delivery or technical issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, metrics, and engineering best practices.
