Чем придется заниматься:

  • Развитием и эксплуатацией сети связи наземного сегмента оператора связи;

  • Разработкой, документированием и внедрением технических решений;

  • Разработкой и поддержанием в актуальном состоянии технической документации;

  • Обработкой заявок и ведением работы в системах: Cервис-деск, Jira, CRM, Тех-учёт;

  • Планированием и проведением работ на сетевом оборудовании, поддержкой проведения ПНР;

  • Вторая линия технической поддержки. Сменное дежурство на телефоне с готовностью подключиться к сети для устранения аварийных ситуаций;

  • Эксплуатацией сети оператора связи;

Что мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт работы с операторскими сетями связи в операторе, интеграторе, вендоре;

  • Экспертное знание протоколов: IPv4, MPLS, MP-BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, dot1q;

  • Качественное знание : QoS, IPv6, VXLAN, VPLS;

  • Знание и опыт работы с сопутствующими подсистемами сетевой инфраструктуры: DNS, PKI, NTP, IPAM, NGFW, AAA, VPN и др.;

  • Активность, обучаемость, саморазвитие и вовлечённость в общее дело;

  • Готовность брать ответственность за результат
