Human Resources Operations Supervisor

Supervise the completion of new hire onboarding processes and ensure all required hiring documents are completed.
Oversee the execution of the workforce plan to ensure manpower requirements are met on time and business operations run smoothly.
Review hiring documentation, employment contracts, social insurance forms, and other government-related employment documents.
Supervise attendance, shift schedules, and overtime through the attendance management system.
Prepare periodic attendance and workforce reports.
Monitor and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Oversee social insurance processes and coordinate with the relevant government authorities.
Monitor employment contract renewals and employee data updates.
Issue employment letters, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate payroll processing and employee entitlements while resolving payroll-related inquiries.
Supervise the distribution of payroll cards and medical insurance cards.
Manage employee separation, resignation, and termination procedures in accordance with company policies.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover reasons.
Coordinate with Production and Operations Managers to ensure adequate manpower for production plans.
Oversee the implementation of disciplinary policies and the company's code of conduct.
Conduct administrative investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.
Supervise the implementation of the annual training plan.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and monthly incentive programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in FMCG.
Previous experience in the poultry industry is preferred.
Experience in Recruitment, Social Insurance, Labor Offices and Governmental Associations
Excellent project management skills to manage own projects and tasks.
Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-word-PowerPoint).
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
