Capgemini is a French information technology services and consulting group founded in Grenoble in 1967 by Serge Kampf, and one of the largest IT service providers in the world. It designs, builds and runs systems for large enterprises and governments across some fifty countries, with a delivery workforce concentrated in India and a European client base heavier than most of its competitors. The group is organised into Capgemini Invent for strategy and design, Capgemini Engineering for research and development services acquired with Altran, and Sogeti for local technology services, and it has reoriented its portfolio around cloud migration, data platforms and generative AI.

Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

About the Job You’re Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design - augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.

The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.

Your Role

You'll lead engagements that define how enterprises organize, govern, and run cloud at scale. That means designing operating models that balance speed, control, cost, and security, and taking clients from design through adoption, while supporting growth through shaping, selling, and developing teams.

  • Lead end-to-end cloud operating model engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes)
  • Develop cloud operating models, governance frameworks, and Cloud Center of Excellence and platform team designs for enterprise-scale adoption
  • Conduct cloud readiness and maturity assessments, providing actionable recommendations and roadmaps
  • Align IT, security, finance, and operations stakeholders on decision rights, funding models, and service ownership
  • Integrate FinOps, security, and SRE practices into the target operating model
  • Lead transition planning, organizational change, and capability building to drive adoption
  • Support business development through proposals, solution shaping, and pre-sales activities
  • Mentor and coach consultants; contribute to practice capability and knowledge sharing

Your skills + experience

  • 8-10+ years in management consulting or IT leadership, including 3-5 years in cloud transformation or operating model design
  • Proven track record leading cloud transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Depth in cloud adoption frameworks, cloud governance, and product and platform operating models
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, ITSM, and FinOps and how they fit together operationally
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level and senior IT leaders
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in politically complex, matrixed environments
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant cloud certifications preferred
