YOUR PROJECT:
The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.
Projects include maintaining the CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back-office systems. Tasks cover environment stabilization, development and optimization of operational processes, automation of monitoring and deployments. You will collaborate with development, integration and business teams.

We are hiring in all cities in Poland!
YOUR TASKS:
- Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments.
- Supporting business users and project teams.
- Working with SQL, logs and monitoring tools.
- Collaboration on integrations (SOA/ESB).
- Creating operational and technical documentation.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and modern automation capabilities to enhance solution design, improve delivery efficiency, optimize business processes, and support high-quality project outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support).
- Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
- Teamwork and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix;
- Experience with CI/CD;
- Knowledge of SOA/OSB.
