Position: SAP Techno Functional Senior Consultant / Manager

Modules: SAP ABAP & SAP Functional modules (FICO/ SD / MM) / (SLO, LSMW, LTMC, BODS)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (PR/Citizen), or Manila, Philippines (PR/Citizen)

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Digital Transformation: Become an expert in cbs ET Transformer® for SAP S/4HANA® to lead cutting-edge digital migration and landscape transformation projects.

• End-to-End Responsibility: Take ownership of data transformation projects, including ERP system mergers, carveouts, conversions, and SAP S/4HANA Selective Data Migration.

• SAP Module Certification: Gain certification in a specific functional SAP module to enhance your expertise.

• Holistic SAP Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of SAP business processes and configurations.

• Beyond ETL Tasks: Perform SAP data transformation and harmonization at a functional level, extending beyond standard ETL responsibilities.

• Leverage Expertise: Apply your skills to execute complex data transformation initiatives and enable smooth transitions to SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

• ABAP developers interested in transitioning into a Techno-Functional Consultant role are encouraged to apply.

• 8 years of relevant SAP experience.

• Strong ambition to develop both functional expertise (SAP applications and business processes) and technical capabilities.

• Experience in data migration projects, including:

  • Creation of data migration concepts

  • Extraction and mapping rules

  • Data validation and reconciliation

  • Cutover planning

• Hands-on knowledge of ABAP programming and/or SAP data migration tools such as SLO, LSMW, BODS, or LTMC.

• Good understanding of SAP data models and SAP object dependencies.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers during workshops.

• Leading a small data migration (SLT) team.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to work in an international project environment
