Job Description:

• Develops and maintains customer relationships by evaluating customer needs and aligning solutions to defined requirements.
• Executes prospecting and opportunity generation activities through planned outreach and participation in customer-facing events.
• Follows up on leads and progresses opportunities through qualification, offer development, and closure within expected timelines.
• Executes account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term relationship value.
• Prepares customer offers with support as needed and ensures proposals reflect customer requirements and commercial parameters.
• Coordinates with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and advance growth opportunities.
• Records sales activities and opportunity updates in the customer relationship management system and develops leadership reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and market opportunities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Certifications in sales or account management, CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field required.
• Fluent in English for business communication.
• Demonstrates in depth knowledge of specialty logistics.
• Demonstrates in depth knowledge of transport logistics and Good Manufacturing Practice depot operations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for clinical trial supplies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for commercial drugs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for live animals.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for laboratory samples.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for emergency parts.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences market.
• Demonstrates understanding of regulatory drug development and logistics frameworks.
• Applies International Organization for Standardization and Good Practice requirements in operations.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen.
• Analyzes costs and margins to support decision making.
• Demonstrates financial management and profitability focus.
• Measures performance using key performance indicators.
• Develops budgets and forecasts to support planning.
