Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 30-40 outbound calls daily to initiate first contact with potential clients.
- Serve as the initial touchpoint for the company, building rapport and trust.
- Present the company and value proposition briefly to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Sales team (target: 2 qualified meetings per day).
- Keep the CRM updated with client interactions, outcomes, and detailed lead information.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff and full alignment on client needs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Polish - native or C1+ level with clear pronunciation.
- English - B1-B2 level (used internally; customer communication is primarily in Polish).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver a short, structured, and confident pitch.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (30-40 outbound calls per day).
- Experience in pre-sales, call centers, or lead generation roles is highly welcome.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
- CRM proficiency (logging calls, outcomes, and meeting details accurately).
