About the Role

This Account Manager role sits at the heart of a fast-growing AI-powered business communication company, owning and growing a portfolio of B2B customers for a telephone AI assistant platform. You will combine commercial ownership with customer-success activities to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term retention, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts across the full lifecycle.

  • Expand use cases and identify new opportunities to increase the value customers get from the AI phone assistant platform.

  • Run regular review, discovery, and upsell conversations with existing customers.

  • Analyze customer usage data to demonstrate how AI automation delivers measurable business impact.

  • Own expansion revenue within your portfolio, including upgrades, add-ons, and renewals against monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption to maximize retention.

  • Collect and relay structured customer and market feedback to Product and GTM teams.

  • Maintain a clean CRM, reliable forecasts, and a healthy pipeline.

  • Conduct regular touchpoints and quarterly business reviews to proactively drive customer success.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to enable smooth handovers and coordinated account plans.

  • Help shape the company's account management and expansion motion as the business scales.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.

  • Proven track record of driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.

  • Strong product and technical understanding with a clear affinity for AI and machine learning technologies.

  • Native-level German fluency for conducting customer calls, reviews, and demos.

  • Structured working style with an ownership mindset and strong customer focus.

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.

  • Comfortable working on-site in Vienna with hybrid flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE 65,000 to 95,000 EUR annually (fixed salary plus uncapped commission), depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
