Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing agency managing seven- to eight-figure annual ad budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social. You'll sit within a team that has grown to 200+ active clients, bringing the processes and peer expertise to help you develop quickly in a complex, results-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Take full ownership of entire advertiser accounts, making independent strategic decisions about account development and budget allocation.
Plan and build new ad accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex B2B industries and technical audiences.
Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn, with the option to specialize in one or more channels.
Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or untapped growth potential.
What We're Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns at significant spend levels (roughly 10,000 to 100,000+ EUR per month).
Practical experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Track record of building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.
Strong analytical and proactive working style, comfortable making data-driven decisions independently.
B2B performance marketing background, ideally with larger budgets, longer sales cycles, or technical target audiences.
German proficiency at a native or near-native level (C2) is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 50,000 to 80,000 EUR annually. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
