Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d)
About the Role
This is a hands-on content and brand role at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, where you will own the full brand presence from day one. You will shape how the company tells its story across LinkedIn, video, design, and sales materials, working directly with the founding team. The role matters because great content is a core growth lever, and you will have real autonomy to build it from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Write LinkedIn content for founders and the company account, including hooks, carousels, and storylines tailored to a B2B audience.
Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and deliver Reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints including the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
Build and manage a content calendar to keep publishing cadence consistent and reliable.
Track content performance, identify winning formats, and use data to inform the next round of content decisions.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled as a student and available 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for 12 or more months.
Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or equivalent for creating visual assets and presentation materials.
Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content and a clear understanding of what performs on the platform.
Native or C2-level German proficiency.
Experience writing marketing or brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences.
Experience managing content calendars and executing consistent publishing schedules.
Experience analyzing content metrics and using insights to refine strategy.
A portfolio or examples of your own published or personal content projects.
Self-directed working style: you generate ideas, execute independently, and seek feedback proactively.
Location
On-site, Berlin, Germany (Mitte area). No visa sponsorship available.
