GTM Engineer
About the Role
This is a founding GTM role at an early-stage AI infrastructure company building the platform for reinforcement learning environments and post-training data. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and revenue, owning the full outbound pipeline and building the systems that make it scale. The technical buyers you target, including ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders, require someone who speaks their language and can build, not just run plays.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end outbound pipeline, from targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
Build and maintain GTM workflows including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom internal tooling.
Use AI tools aggressively to multiply output through automated scrapers, workflow automation, and bespoke tooling.
Develop and iterate on messaging that resonates with technical buyers such as ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
Learn prospect businesses and industries quickly to understand pain points, workflows, and how the platform adds value.
Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel.
Collaborate with the founding team to define and refine the GTM playbook as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a demonstrated track record of building and running a GTM motion and closing deals.
Strong technical foundation from a CS or engineering background, or extensive hands-on coding and technical project experience.
Proven ability to hold technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
Experience building outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, or custom automation.
Hands-on experience with CRM automation, lead scoring, email sequencing, and end-to-end pipeline ownership.
Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products to technical buyers.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts including environments, evals, and benchmarks.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication that technical people actually respond to.
Early-stage startup experience with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
Creative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation and a strong appetite for learning.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Singapore.
