Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, you'll take full ownership of major ad accounts - managing seven- to eight-figure annual budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be a key driver of client growth, working within a team that has built strong processes and ambitious targets to help you develop quickly.
What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of ad accounts, independently making strategic decisions about account development and direction.
Plan and build new advertiser accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries and client businesses.
Create, manage, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn - with the option to specialise in one or more channels.
Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or untapped opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1-6 years of hands-on experience in paid media, covering both Paid Search and Paid Social.
Proven experience managing and scaling accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Track record of building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.
Ability to manage large budgets and make independent, data-driven decisions.
Analytical and proactive working style - you spot problems and act before they're raised.
German language proficiency at C2 or native level (essential for this role).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €50,000 - €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
