We invite all passionate First Nations job seekers to express interest in joining our Financial Services Future Talent Program!

Many people hear the words Financial Services and immediately think of accounting, spreadsheets and numbers. The reality is much broader.

Financial Services brings together diverse teams, skills and experiences that help deliver better outcomes for customers, communities and the Group. The Future Talent Program has been designed to challenge traditional perceptions of what a career in Financial Services can look like by providing exposure to a broad range of experiences and opportunities.

Based on Gadigal Country in Sydney, you'll join a cohort of fellow First Nations participants and be supported by leaders, peers and a dedicated program team committed to helping you succeed.

About the Program:

Designed by First Nation, for First Nations, this 12-month program provides the opportunity to build confidence, develop professional skills and gain meaningful workplace experience within Financial Services. Through a combination of hands-on learning, development opportunities and exposure to diverse teams, you'll have the chance to discover where your strengths can take you and begin building a meaningful career.

Throughout the program, you will:

• Explore different career pathways

• Develop transferable skills

• Gain valuable experience while building confidence in a supportive and culturally safe environment.

Whether you're taking your first step into the corporate world, changing career direction or looking for a new opportunity, this program is designed to help you discover what is possible. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to grow.
